Assante Wealth Management is a well-established firm providing exceptional and trusted wealth planning advice to discerning clients. The Client Service Associate is a key member of the team who will provide outstanding support to clients. They will also oversee administrative support while ensuring the office runs smoothly. This role has the ability to grow into an operational management role with additional responsibilities.

**Mission**:

- To provide excellent client service by being the first point of contact for many client interactions as well as manage the client service priorities of the firm to ensure our commitment to clients is being met. Also, to support the advisors on the team by processing various documents and performing trades.

**Our Ask**:

- 2-3 years of experience in a similar office role
- 2 years of experience in the financial services or related industry
- Completed courses in the financial industry are considered an asset.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage advisors’ calendars and schedule all client meetings in a timely manner
- Communicate meeting details to those involved
- Prepare paperwork and processing of account opening, executing trades, transfers, and follow up on execution
- Collaborate with the advisory team to maintain dynamic, relevant processes
- Monitor the compliance process while ensuring all standards are met
- Answering phones and providing outstanding customer service
- Client Service Calls - follow up with clients to stay abreast of any changes personally and financially in their lives
- Greet clients for meetings and ensure they are comfortable
- Communicate with clients & other professionals
- Perform other duties as needed
- Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, privacy, and integrity at all times
