**Job Title**: Marketing Manager - Rx

**Reports To**: Senior Marketing Manager - Rx

**Position Summary**:
The Marketing Manager - Rx position will be responsible for the execution of the marketing strategy, in-market execution and business results of B&L Rx brands. This position implies great teamwork and collaboration with the different functions in a fast paced, diverse & innovative environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and execution of annual brand plans that effectively satisfy our customer's needs and deliver top sales and profit.

Lead cross-functional teams in support of key initiatives, as well as agencies and vendors in key programs liaising with sales force and cross functional teams to ensure a flawless execution and great customer satisfaction.
- Work with supply chain to manage inventory and forecasts for the brands.

Identify and turn HCP/patient/brand insights into actionable programs that have a beneficial impact on the growth of the business; understand market/competitive trends and the impact on B+L brands.
- Advance customer knowledge or awareness through educational courses and seminars for healthcare professionals and sales team.

Work collaboratively with other business units on customer programs and initiatives.
- Ensure the optimal development and utilization of KOL’s.
- Lead cross-functional teams in support of key initiatives.

University Degree.

1-3 years of experience in Marketing as a Product/Marketing Manager, in a corporate environment.

Sales experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is an asset.

Advanced level user of Microsoft Office programs including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.

Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain a rapport with suppliers, customers, and employees.

Strategic thinking and analytical ability. Capacity for attention to detail.

Takes the initiative (one step ahead), perseveres, strong character.

Entrepreneurial, adaptable, flexible.

Strong interpersonal skills. Team player; collaborative
