**Fuimus Capital (FC) **is looking to onboard an Associate who brings experience in business development and account management.

**FUIMUS Capital** is a full-service real estate firm specializing in working with mid-market operators in major markets in the United States. From ground-up construction to acquisitions we help operators find the right capital sources from our own funds or investment partners. We are on a mission to change the world through ESG-focused real estate. You will **develop relationships with family offices that invest in commercial real estate across North America.**

**About the Role**:
Associate & Partnership Development - A key to FC’s success is its relationships with major private equity firms, family offices, pension funds, and endowment funds groups worldwide. **Your role will be exclusively focused on contacting family offices and private funds to understand their investment mandate and criteria by asking them what kind of Real Estate projects they invest in and booking a meeting on our behalf.**
- Research a diverse range of investment groups globally (family offices, private equity firms, pension funds, endowment funds groups worldwide, etc.)
- Research mid-market developers, operators to onboard them as clients looking for capital (immediate bonus pay)
- Leverage your skills in business development and relationship building to establish strong connections with investment groups
- Proactively communicate with investors regarding FC offerings
- Utilize FC’s existing database to connect investors with exclusive Real Estate off-market opportunities
- Collaborate with the team in participating in team meetings and providing regular updates and feedback
- Proactively manage a portfolio of investment partners and investment opportunities

**About You**:

- Experience in outbound sales and cold calling
- Entrepreneurial spirit and capacity to work independently as well as with a team
- Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills including the ability to collaborate effectively in diverse situations & across geographies
- Entrepreneurial spirit which will drive passionate ownership and responsibility for FC’s portfolio of partners and clients
- Existing relationships with a network of investment groups globally are considered an asset but not necessary
- Past experience in working with investors, real estate, and deal flow hunting is considered an asset but will train the right person.

The FC Associate role is a remote position. **The position is not salary-based. Rather, the Associate is compensated on a commission basis. Expected annual compensation can range from the low to high six figures depending on performance. We give an immediate $1,000 - $5,000 cash bonus on each new client onboarding.**
