Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and manage all logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
- Develop and implement logistics plans, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient operations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials
- Monitor inventory levels and track shipments to ensure accurate stock levels
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency
- Utilize transportation management systems to optimize routes and reduce costs
- Oversee order picking and packing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure necessary materials
- Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in logistics coordination or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of logistics systems, CMMS, and transportation management systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Forklift certification is a plus
