As a Live Operations Specialist on Dead by Daylight, you will oversee and coordinate the live operations (creating, planning, communicating, and optimizing the in-game promotions and events) of the title. Your main objective will be to optimize engagement, retention, and monetization by analysing your live operations and making the right iterations for improvement.

**In this role, you will**:

- Work closely with the Product Manager & Product team to define events and promotions strategies;
- Work with the Live Ops team to build and manage a detailed and comprehensive plan of in-game events and promotions, and oversee their testing, implementation, and activation;
- Coordinate with various internal teams towards creation and setup of various in-game communications (banner assets, news translations, store promotions, etc.);
- Work closely with the Data Analysis team and Product Manager to monitor the performance of events and promotions to report on their impact on in-game KPIs;
- Work closely with the Player Experience team to analyze and monitor user feedback and determine trends and behaviour;
- Work with the Programming and Quality Assurance teams to ensure correct setup of Live Ops tools, events, promotions etc.;
- Generate weekly/quarterly performance reports;
- Perform regular analyses and benchmarks of competitors’ games;
- Communicate on best practices derived from analyses to the Product team.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively with many internal and external teams;
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of professional experience in a related industry;
- Solid understanding of the console/PC video game market;
- Excellent analytical skills and proficient with Excel;
- Experience playing Dead by Daylight a strong plus;
- Understanding of Perforce and Jira is a strong plus.

**Dans ce rôle, vous devrez**:

- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le/la chef fe de produit et l'équipe Produits pour définir les stratégies d'événements et de promotions ;
- Travailler avec l'équipe Live Ops afin d’élaborer et de gérer un plan détaillé et complet d'événements et de promotions dans le jeu et superviser leurs tests, leur mise en œuvre et leur activation ;
- Coordonner avec diverses équipes internes la création et la mise en œuvre de diverses initiatives de communication dans le jeu (bannières, nouvelles traductions, promotions en magasin, etc.) ;
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe responsable de l'analyse de données et le/la chef fe de produit pour suivre de près les performances des événements et des promotions afin de rendre compte de leur impact sur les indicateurs clés de performance (KPIs) du jeu ;
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe responsable de l’expérience des joueur euse s pour suivre et analyser leurs commentaires et déterminer les tendances et les comportements ;
- Travailler avec les équipes Programmation et Assurance Qualité afin de garantir la bonne configuration des outils de Live Ops, des événements, des promotions, etc. ;
- Générer des rapports de performance hebdomadaires/trimestriels ;
- Effectuer des analyses standard et des analyses comparatives des jeux des concurrents ;
- Communiquer au sujet des meilleures pratiques en fonction des résultats des analyses effectuées pour l’équipe Produit.

**Ce que nous recherchons**:

- Excellentes aptitudes pour la communication verbale et écrite ;
- Capacité à travailler en collaboration avec de nombreuses équipes internes et externes ;
- Minimum de 1 à 2 ans d'expérience professionnelle au sein d’une industrie connexe ;
- Excellente compréhension du marché des jeux vidéo sur console/PC ;
- Excellentes compétences analytiques et maîtrise d'Excel ;
- Avoir joué à Dead by Daylight représente un ajout majeur ;
- Compréhension de Perforce et de Jira est un atout majeur.

Votre objectif principal sera d’optimiser l’engagement, la rétention et la monétisation en analysant vos opérations en direct et en effectuant les bonnes itérations d'amélioration.
