We are looking for an Ad-Ops and Monetization Specialist to join our team. As an Ad-Ops specialist, you will be reporting to our Director of Operations & Monetization and will work closely with our clients, national publishers, and sales and integration managers and teams. You will be a key player in the creation and implementation of campaign delivery strategies and in optimizing the monetization of their digital properties. To do so, you will work on various platforms and with several types of products, all in a constantly changing environment.

**The Basics**:
- Salary, $53,000 to $63,000k, annually, depending on skills and experience

**Start Date**: As soon as possible
**What you’ll be doing**:Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Support and advise different clients and partners in their digital advertising sales.
- Participate in the development of sales strategies according to the requests received.
- Run our clients and partners’ digital advertising campaigns in addition to M32’s direct sales.
- Manage programmatic campaigns purchased on the networks.
- Do the required tests for the launch of creative.
- Monitor campaigns to ensure their full delivery and propose solutions and alternatives in case they under-deliver.
- Participate in the testing and implementation of new digital advertising products.
- Participate in the implementation of a DMP (Data Management Platform) with our partners.
- Putting in place programmatic deals.
- Analyzing and optimizing floor price rules for open auctions.
- Minimum 2 years experience in the digital industry or any similar experience
- Knowledge of Ad Manager (GAM), Ad Exchange (ADX) and DV360, an important asset
- Knowledge of programmatic, an asset
- Thoroughness and attention to detail
- Very good sense of organization
- Willingness to learn
- Independence, sense of initiative and resourcefulness
