As an Operational Support’s agent, you provide administrative and operational support to the organization. You strive to maximize operational productivity. This may include working in one or more sub-specialties, such as data entry, data processing, and verification of database data integrity.

You perform administrative and follow-up tasks to support your unit’s day-to-day operations and help it meet operational objectives and carry out initiatives in accordance with the detailed directives in place. The ability to drive results is therefore essential.

You help process information and solve simple, everyday issues, tailoring your approach as needed. You respond to administrative and operational questions.

General Information on the Position

Main responsibilities- Help carry out the unit’s operational and administrative processes- Carry out administrative tasks, including data collection, entry, modification, and compilation- Provide information about your line of business’s processes and procedures- Serve as resource person for administrative and operational matters.- Support the Desjardins Agent Network carry out sales support and client relations activities for specific products and services or in response to information requests in accordance with current practices- Assist Desjardins Agents to help maintain business relationships with the member/client.

Other working conditions- Position located in Aurora or Mississauge, depending on the applicant selected. The work arrangement for the position is hybrid work #LI-Hybrid- Number of jobs available : 4

**Qualifications**:
- College diploma in a related field- A minimum of two years of relevant experience
