**IT & Telecom Support**

Part Time (21 hours per week)

**The Role**

Reporting to the IT & Telecom Lead, you will provide on-site IT support for seamless coordination between users and the IT service provider. This includes troubleshooting, equipment distribution, and responding to support requests, ensuring operational efficiency.

**Key responsibilities of the position**:

- Provide Fundamental IT & Telecom Support
- Manage Relationship with MSP and Third-Party Providers.
- General Position and Leadership Responsibilities.
- Implementation and Support of IT Systems.

**What you bring to the role**:

- Four-year university degree in computer science or related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1 - 3 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated presentation & facilitation skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid Ontario driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required.
- Fluency in both official languages (English or French) or other languages, an asset.
