**Overview**

The Sales Inventory Compliance Associate is responsible for managing inventory in the Global Sales Team and ensuring that the Sales & Clinical Representatives are compliant with the internal procedures and the external standards in the biomedical industry. This is accomplished by training new Sales & Clinical Representative hires, reviewing and issuing trunk stock requests and monitoring trunk stock usage.

In addition, the Sales Inventory Compliance Associate reviews and investigates trunk stock discrepancies on a monthly basis and ensures immediate action is taken to resolve outstanding discrepancies. This individual is responsible for escalating issues and raising Non-Conformance Reports.

**Snapshot of Responsibilities**:

- Enters transfer orders for sales demo replenishment requests and advises of any delays and ETA
- Ensures new sales hires are properly trained by presenting processes and procedures during their onboard training
- Investigates any failed ERP transactions and processes those failed transactions in the system, if necessary.
- Processes Bill-Only open orders and/or POs for products used in the field
- Conducts monthly Sales & Clinical Representative’s inventory reconciliation to ensure each Sales & Clinical Representative’s trunk stock is accurate and compliant with the procedures. Escalates any issues and raises Non-Conformance Reports for any actions done outside of the procedures.
- Ensures all requests from the Global Sales Team are actioned on in a timely manner. Responsible to escalate issues or concerns to their manager when appropriate
- Coordinates product returns from the Sales team, in the event of a recall or any other scenario and keep the required parties updated through proper communication..
- Works with the Shippers in our Global warehouses to ensure products are shipped and to co-ordinate the Sales & Clinical Representative’s returns
- Perform and support other duties and special projects as required
- Adhere to and promote the adherence to all Corporate, Quality and Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Other duties as required.

**What you bring to the team**:

- 2+ years of sales support experience is ideal
- College or University degree in Business, Science or Logistics is required
- Strong analytical skills related to business processes and able to identify areas of improvement
- Very good problem solving and decision-making skills; capacity for sound judgement
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills with both internal and external customers, incl. effective listening
- Able to demonstrate initiative and leadership skills
- Experience with ERP systems
- Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio skills; able to create documented procedures, analytical reports and procedural workflows
- Ability to work in team environment and to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines on a daily basis
- Proven track record in assisting towards the improvement and development of a customer service department
- Ability to speak French fluently is an asset
