Dans ce rôle crucial, vous optimiserez les niveaux de stock pour les aligner avec la demande des clients, minimisant ainsi le surplus de stock et les démarques. Vous vous engagerez dans une analyse détaillée des tendances de ventes, prévoirez la demande future et allouerez les stocks à travers nos magasins pour maximiser le potentiel de vente.

La collaboration avec nos équipes de marchandisage, fournisseurs et directeurs de magasins sera la clé pour assurer des niveaux de stock précis et un réapprovisionnement opportun.

Vos efforts se concentreront sur le suivi des métriques d'inventaire, l'identification des opportunités d'amélioration et la mise en œuvre de stratégies pour augmenter l'efficacité et la rentabilité des stocks.

**Responsabilités Principales**

1. Prévoir les besoins en inventaire en analysant les données de ventes, l'historique des tendances et les demandes du marché.

2. Créer et gérer des plans de réapprovisionnement et des stratégies d'allocation pour répondre aux projections de ventes et aux exigences des magasins.

3. Travailler aux côtés des équipes de merchandising pour aligner les plans d'inventaire avec les stratégies d'assortiment de produits.

4. Assurer des niveaux optimaux de stock dans les magasins et les entrepôts, en ajustant si nécessaire.

5. Coordonner avec les fournisseurs pour une livraison rapide des marchandises et gérer les délais d'inventaire.

6. Effectuer des audits d'inventaire réguliers et réconcilier les écarts pour maintenir l'exactitude des enregistrements.

7. Évaluer les métriques de performance de l'inventaire pour identifier les domaines d'amélioration et augmenter la rentabilité.

8. Collaborer avec les directeurs de magasins pour résoudre les problèmes d'inventaire et mettre en œuvre des solutions stimulant les ventes.

9. Utiliser des logiciels et des outils de gestion d'inventaire avancés pour l'efficacité des processus.

10. Rester informé des tendances de l'industrie et des conditions du marché pour éclairer les décisions stratégiques d'inventaire.

**Qualifications**

Baccalaureat en affaires, finance, gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement ou dans un domaine connexe.

Expérience démontrée en gestion des stocks ou en planification du commerce de détail, idéalement dans un contexte de grand magasin.

Forte capacité d'analyse et de réflexion stratégique.

Maîtrise des systèmes de gestion des stocks et de Microsoft Excel.

Excellentes compétences en communication, avec la capacité de travailler en collaboration à travers les équipes.

Souci du détail, avec un talent pour la résolution de problèmes et l'organisation.

Adaptabilité, capable de prospérer dans un environnement dynamique et rapide.

Connaissance des tendances actuelles du commerce de détail, de la planification des marchandises et de l'optimisation des stocks.

Collaboration with our merchandising teams, suppliers, and store managers will be key to ensuring precise inventory levels and timely replenishment. Your efforts will focus on monitoring inventory metrics, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing strategies to boost inventory efficiency and profitability.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Forecast inventory needs by analyzing sales data, historical trends, and market demands.

2. Create and manage inventory replenishment plans and allocation strategies to meet sales projections and store requirements.

3. Work alongside merchandising teams to align inventory plans with product assortment strategies.

4. Ensure optimal inventory levels at stores and warehouses, adjusting as necessary.

5. Coordinate with suppliers for prompt merchandise delivery and manage inventory lead times.

6. Perform regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies to maintain record accuracy.

7. Evaluate inventory performance metrics to identify improvement areas and enhance profitability.

8. Partner with store managers to resolve inventory issues and implement sales-driving solutions.

9. Utilize advanced inventory management software and tools for process efficiency.

10. Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions to inform strategic inventory decisions.

**Qualifications**

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, supply chain management, or a related field.
