Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Editing footage into polished interviews, ensuring the narrative is clear, engaging, and professionally presented.
- Creating short-form social media clips tailored for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. This includes understanding the unique format and audience engagement strategies for each platform.
- Implementing basic editing techniques, including but not limited to cutting, transitioning, text overlay, and audio optimization.
- Collaborating with our content team to understand project requirements and deliver edits that meet or exceed expectations.
- Managing project files and ensuring timely delivery of final edits.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro.
- A solid understanding of social media trends and best practices for content creation.
- Ownership of a reliable and fast laptop capable of handling video editing tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to provide and receive constructive feedback.
- Previous experience in video editing, particularly with projects related to interviews and social media content, is highly preferred.

Qualification
- Strong understanding of video editing techniques and principles
- Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and compression settings
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines
