We have an opening for an Accounts Payable and Office Administration position that will report directly to the Controller.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Posting Purchases
- Maintaining Approval Process
- Cost Allocations
- Payment Processing
- Vendor Management

Secondary Responsibilities:

- Updating Maintenance Records
- Compliance Monitoring
- Safety Performance Reporting
- Office Management
- Team Support

Skills and Experience:

- Previous Accounts Payable Experience
- Knowledge of Sage 50
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Extremely Detail Oriented
- Highly Organized
- Forward Thinking
- Work in Dynamic Situations

The position requires an individual who can become a team player, be engaged in the day-to-day dynamics of the company, be open to new endeavours while striving to completed prioritized tasks in a timely manner.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
