**Administrative Coordinator - Special Events Team, JEGantic Group**

As our special events Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for curating unforgettable events, private parties, and special occasions at our esteemed venues. Your role will involve:
**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Assisting the Director of Corporate Sales and Events in the coordination of all groups confirmed
- Maintaining Social Media accounts for the Director of Corporate Sales Events
- Arrange and conduct, site inspections, for potential clients when needed
- Collaborating with clients to understand their vision and tailor events to their specific needs
- Planning and executing flawless events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations
- Coordinating with internal teams, such as chefs, serving staff, and management, to ensure smooth event operations
- Managing event budgets, logistics, and timelines
- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Attend the larger events and ensure guests are supported throughout the event
- Accurately produce banquet event orders
- Conducting a post-event evaluation to assess the success of the event, gathering feedback from clients
- Attending bi weekly management meetings
- Relevant tasks on demand

**What we’re seeking**:

- Proven experience in event coordination, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Creativity and an eye for detail to craft unique and memorable experiences
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to liaise effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Professional level verbal and written communications skills in both French and English
- Understanding of the entire Google suite
- Must be available to work on evenings and weekends occasionally
- Hybrid
- Montreal (and close proximity) based applicants will only be considered

This is a full time position.

Salary 35,000$ to 45,000$ depending on experience.
