Toronto, Canada Endo Networks Full time

Endo is presently looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative. As a Sales Representative, you will be stationed within retail locations to engage customers, answer inquiries, and demonstrate the benefits of a credit card and loyalty program to drive sales. We are looking for individuals with a passion for sales and a customer-focused approach.

**Pay**:

- Excellent hourly starting rate of $31.00 per hour.
- $4.00/hour discretionary bonus based on performance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively engage with customers in retail locations to promote a credit card and loyalty program.
- Provide them with product information and notify them of special promotions.
- Demonstrate how clients can earn incentives and save money on their daily necessities
- Develop a positive relationship with store management.
- Work in various locations across the GTA region on a weekly basis.

**Schedule**:

- Full-time and Part-Time hours available
- Full Time - 5 days per week. Part-Time - 2 - 3 days per week
- Shift: Shifts available from 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM + paid for 1 hour travel time

**Requirements**:

- A passionate and driven individual who learns quickly and can effectively share key messages regarding financial products.
- Proven customer service, and sales expertise in a retail sales setting or as a Brand Ambassador
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Attention to detail, being meticulous in organizing and carrying out duties.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Work successfully and constructively with other team members, with the capacity to work independently.
- Must have the capacity to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be comfortable working in different retail venues and standing for the entire shift.
- Must be willing to complete a criminal background check.
- Must have G License and own vehicle
