**Partnerships Coordinator**

**Estimated Start**: Between April 24, 2023 and May 1, 2023

**Time Commitment**: 16 Weeks

**Week Pay Range**: $ 15.50 per hour, 35 hours per week

**Location**: HFH Burlington Office - 1800 Appleby Line, Unit 10 Burlington, Ontario (working in person)

**Habitat for Humanity HMD, is a charitable, non-profit housing provider that serves the communities of Halton, Mississauga and Dufferin. Since 1999, we have built a total of 69 affordable homes. Our mission is “to empower lower income, working families to build strength, stability, and independence by providing affordable housing that enables financial equity and lasting change.**

**We are one of 48 Habitat affiliates operating in Canada under a federated model. While mandated to meet strictly established brand, fiduciary and management standards, each affiliate has its own charitable charter and an independent Board of Directors under whose governance they operate. This federated structure allows for operational and mission latitude to be employed to varying degrees by individual Habitat affiliates, in order to deliver affordable housing solutions appropriate to the markets they serve.**

**Skills and Qualifications**
- A combination of post secondary studies and experience in the field of event management, marketing and sales.
- Communication Deliverables: Develop Donor profiles, updating donor contact information into the CRM system Donor Impact, aid with our donor recognition benefits and provide follow up communications to donors.
- Donor stewardship: Assist with ensuring donor expectations are met and tasks related to doing so.
- Partnership programs & events: Event hands-on assistance with all projects related to planning, supporting and delivery of our partnership programs and events such as Tiny Homes and Restore Team Experiences. Provide event planning production, budgeting, summary documentation and analysis of events. Provide Thank You correspondence to donors, service providers and participants as part of the event wrap up.
- Prospecting: Identify and Assist with building new partnership opportunities by following the donor development matrix and to build new corporate partnerships and donations database information.
- Research: Compiling project research and analysis where required
- Ambassador: Knowledge of Habitat HMD to speak to who we are, what we do, projects on the go, and our impact, Understanding our key messaging and mission.
- Develop & maintain Habitat promotional materials including inventory control over swag, awards and Habitat wear
- Special Projects: As they arise and are required.

- Other duties as required.
- May be periodically required to work outside core business hours.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 16 weeks

**Salary**: $15.50 per hour
