WE ARE HIRING for an exciting newly added role to the Fireball Team. Read on if you’d like to learn more Fireball is searching for a Commercial Project Coordinator to join our dynamic and passionate team focused on growing with the company.

**The Role**:
The Commercial Project Coordinator will be responsible for:

- Coordinating service jobs and see the jobs to completion.
- Coordinating activities pertaining to service requests.
- Processing and submitting invoices and expenses for approval.
- Liaising with Clients, technicians, sub-contactors and other stakeholders.
- Issuing Purchase Orders to vendors.
- Ordering material and supplies.
- Coordinating shipment of parts, equipment, and materials.
- Investigating purchasing options.
- Vetting sub-contractors and supporting our sub-contractor management program.
- Approving time and expenses.
- Completing project invoicing.
- Ensuring safe working conditions.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships internal and external relationships.
- Providing feedback and follow-up on status of service calls.
- Assisting in the development of processes, tools, and internal training programs to drive productivity, efficiency and customer satisfaction and maximize revenue.
- Booking travel and accommodations.
- Creating meeting agendas and compiling minutes.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
