**Position**: Production Coordinator

**Location**: Ottawa, CA

**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage timelines and workflows for multiple projects, with a focus on content production.

Coordinate schedules, meetings, and check-ins for freelancers, artists, talent, and contractors.

Schedule meetings and take minutes, converting them into actionable tasks for artists and team members.

Coordinate handovers between the Ottawa and London studios.

Manage and track media files and assets.

Purchase assets as needed.

Assist with coordinating voice over recordings and audio files.

Coordinate communications and meetings between clients and senior management, including attending client-facing meetings and preparing contact reports.

General project coordination work as needed.

**Key Qualities**

Excellent time management, planning, and organisational skills.

Proficiency in using Google Apps and Microsoft Office Apps.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong creative problem-solving abilities.

Experience or interest in multi-disciplinary work, such as animation, live events, theatre, and experiential events.

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Ability to work from the Ottawa Studio
