The Talent Development Programs Manager will be responsible for the full cycle management of career development programs at EllisDon. For Example
- Creation and execution of company-wide career development program cycles including annual schedules, communications, data insights and feedback mechanisms.
- Design, manage and continuously improve Employee Career Development Programs including performance review, succession planning and employee engagement.
- Work collaboratively with People & Culture leaders to execute programs company-wide including reporting on existing programs, leading program development working groups and collaborating with the Talent Development Training team to identify development trends.
- Collaborate with the various EllisDon teams to educate, advise and implement feedback on the programs that are designed to help people be the best at what they love doing.
