- 5:00pm / 37.50 hours per week**Responsibilities**
**HR Operations & Recruitment**
- Lead the employee lifecycle processes in ADP (Onboarding, Job Changes, Salary Changes, Terminations and Offboarding) and ensure clear communication with employees, managers, and partner teams such as payroll.
- Provide daily support to employees, addressing inquiries about benefits and company policies.
- Lead the administration of employee relations issues, investigations, and outcome.
- Oversee Disability Management Process
**Employee Development and Performance Management**
- Collaborate with the Director of Talent & Culture to implement learning and development programs.
- Support talent assessment, succession planning, and career development for a strong leadership pipeline.
- Assist in the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance evaluations.
**HR Systems and Data Analytics**
- Maintain HR Technologies, specifically ADP Workforce Now.
- Provide training and create documentation for processes and systems.
- Establish and monitor Recruitment Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Generate regular reports on talent acquisition, retention, and performance management.- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field or a combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience 5+ years in talent management, recruitment, and HR practices.
- Bilingual role (French and English).
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now is considered an asset.
