Your mission

**Your main duties include**: Monitoring orders in the WIP: assisting the CE team and Regional labs with tracking and expediting orders through the production process. Working in the office with no possibility to work from home. Hours Monday to Friday 9:00 to 5:30 pm.

Your main challenges

Manage and oversee the shared Customer Service Request (Hub Care) Form
Follow the production reports in order to identify the gaps and non-conformities to level of service;
Monitoring orders and late jobs in the WIP, while reporting and tracking urgent orders.
Communicate with branches to obtain and provide information regarding the order status’s credits
Liaison between the various departments in the building
Communicate observed changes within the departments that may affect customer service
Complete different reports if necessary

**Profile**:
High School Diploma;
Minimum 3 months experience in an optical laboratory;
Production flow and processes in a optical laboratory, an asset;
Organized and able to manage time effectively to meet deadlines;
Knowledge of the Microsoft Office family software;
Knowledge in optics/ eyewear, Types of lenses, types of bevels, frames an asset;
Comfortable with computer use;
English - strong written and spoken ability a must;
