**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced **Construction Site Supervisor **to join our organization and support our group of companies. overseeing and managing various aspects of construction projects. Ensuring the successful execution of projects, including scheduling, budgeting, resource management, and quality control, while maintaining a strong focus on safety and compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Direct and supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to schedules, plans, and specifications.
- Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment. Conduct regular safety inspections and address any hazards promptly.
- Monitor construction progress to ensure quality standards are met. Conduct inspections and resolve any issues that may affect the project's quality.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize productivity and minimize waste.
- Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including daily reports, progress updates, and any changes or deviations from plans.
- Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status, address concerns, and resolve issues as they arise.
- Identify and troubleshoot problems or obstacles on-site, proposing and implementing effective solutions to keep the project on track.
- Monitor project expenses and identify opportunities to control costs without compromising quality or safety.
- Provide leadership and guidance to construction crews, motivating them to perform at their best and fostering a positive work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience (3+ Years) in construction project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate project teams.
- Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., Procore, Primavera, Microsoft Project).
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Experience with contract management, subcontractor negotiation, and client relations.
- Commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Pay: $35.00-$39.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 44 per week
