**Department Overview**
- The Cash Management Services in Business Banking is responsible to deliver and manage tools that Business Banking customers use to issue and receive payments and manage their cashflow. Examples of these services include Web Business Banking (our on-line business banking platform), Wire Payment, EDI /XML (PDS) and Electronic Funds Transfer services, etc.
- CMS consists of a Sales and Onboarding team and a day-to-day Support team for the entire suite of Cash Management Products to all segments including Commercial Banking, Commercial National Accounts and Corporate Accounts. CMS provides an 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday, support service in a call centre environment.
- This position is responsible for the efficient Implementation/Onboarding of all cash management products and services for all segments (Commercial, Commercial National Accounts and Corporate clients). The team reports directly to the Group Manager, CMS Sales and Onboard/Implementation. The incumbent should an energetic self-starter with good organizational and communications skills, and be able to interact with various stakeholders, clients, etc. The individual will work closely together with the Sales Force, E-Business Exchange (EBX) group and the end customer to ensure a smooth and successful implementation in a timely manner.
- Focus on achieving operational excellence, building and strengthening relationships with our Vendors, Internal Partners,, providing options and alternatives to meet our customer’s Cash Management needs and supporting a respectful and rewarding work environment are key priorities for the unit's success
- Limited travelling may require occasionally to collaborate with the sales force for Request for Proposals (RFPs).

**Job Requirements**

**Customers**:

- Support a portfolio of projects by monitoring project scope/requirements, milestones, dependencies and benefits through the entire lifecycle
- Supports the communication and uptake of risk and issue mitigation and escalation strategies with the onboarding process where necessary
- Excellent organization skills to support a range of projects varying in size, complexity and scope
- Ability to communicate and convey technical requirements and opportunities in a way that is easily understood and appropriate for the audience
- Schedule and organize meetings, including preparation and coordination by booking the facility, distributing agenda and required materials, arranging required equipment, etc., as required
- Facilitate discussions amongst the multiple business and technology teams to continue to support collaborative and seamless partnerships for a successful implementation and onboarding process
- Demonstrated ability to grasp and translate technical concepts
- Liaise with the Cash Management Product group in review of non-standard customer requirements, thus ensuring product implemented remains in line with Product Management strategies
- As part of the implementation process, ensure clients are fully educated and trained on product functionality and support contacts for Cash Management Products

**Business Operational**:

- Coordinate the timely completion of onboarding to contribute to revenue growth by acting as the primary implementation resource on product implementations
- Identify product cross selling opportunities
- Thorough understanding of implementation principles and best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the entire Sales Force, Product Management, Support and other internal departments/external vendors to ensure implementations are completed on time, on budget and with maximum effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate details within the tracking database
- Meet target implementation date
- Ensure accurate billing for all implementations
- Identify process improvements ideas and recommend realistic and actionable ideas and where possibly lead and participate in the PI opportunity that will improve the process

**Team**:

- Provide guidance and support for performance improvement and product cross-training efforts by team members. Ensure experience is gained on all the different types of set ups and every effort is made for cross training where necessary
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of data processing and computer hardware and software capabilities as an aid in the implementation process.
- Participate in peer recognition programs
- Lead daily huddles, ensuring the information is useful, valuable and relevant to the team. Ensure the workload is properly assign according to the assigning model
- Depending on the business needs participation in special projects and/or initiatives maybe required from time to time
