We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Public Sector/Education team in our Montreal office

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support in our fast-paced environment, ensuring that all documents are issued, and all data is input in a manner that services the clients and reflects favorably on the company.

Your Day as an Administrative Assistant

Create documents and maintains client files.
Issue policies, endorsements and amendments.
Accurately process invoices, quotes, letters PDF creation, financing contracts, endorsements and other documents as needed.
Issue certificates.
Send correspondence as required.
Follow established procedures related to all non-verbal and repetitive administrative and processing tasks.
Coordinate new and renewal broker licenses for the team.
Miscellaneous duties and special projects as required.

Experience in a similar position, preferably in the insurance industry.
College diploma (DEC).
Knowledge of EPIC, an asset.
Bilingual with strong verbal and written communication skills in French and in English.
Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
