Job Summary:
We are seeking a Technical Support professional to join our team. As a Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing assistance and resolving technical issues for our customers. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to communicate technical information effectively.

**Duties**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Assist customers with software installations and upgrades
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues (onsite and remotely)
- Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex technical problems
- Document all customer interactions and solutions in the ticketing system
- Maintain knowledge of current industry trends and technologies
- Process, Collaborate and Enhance Cyber Security Initiatives
- Complete Onboard and Offboard procedures including; Equipment Setup, O365 Configuration, GSuite Configuration, Desktop Applications
- Review / Configure / Restore Data Backup using tools such as Veeam and cloud providers

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a technical support or help desk role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows
- Previous experience with industry standard tools including RMM, PSA, EDR, VOIP
- Previous experience with industry standard technologies including iDRAC, Active Directory, M365/O365, DNS
- Previous experience with industry standard network protocols including: DNS, DHCP, ICMP, SMTP, SNMP
- Previous experience with Firewalls, UTMs, NAT
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively
- Office 365 and other Cloud Applications

**Location**:
This position is based in Mississauga. Most work will be conducted remotely, however onsite visits within the GTA will be required for equipment maintenance, delivery, and configuration or repairs.

Pay: $34,593.34-$72,367.70 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
