**Accounts Payable Administrative Support**

LIV Communities is a new home builder and land development company operating in Southern Ontario with a corporate office in Burlington. We are seeking an Accounts Payable Administrative Support professional to join our fast-paced team.

**Job Summary**

Assist the accounting department with day-to-day operational duties.

**Responsibilities**
- Pull invoices for cheques
- Filing and scanning various documents
- Maintain the cheque status report
- Perform special projects as assigned
- Assist with data entry as required

**Required Skills & Experience**
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience in Sage Timberline an asset
- Must have vehicle to assist with occasional bank runs
- Ability to work on location

**Salary**: $45,000.00 per year
