**What you'll do here**:

- Formulate appropriate recommendations after analyzing and interpreting reports produced by actuarial analysts to improve the performance of products and services.
- Manage the evaluation, development and coaching of members of their group to achieve the strategic objectives of the company.
- Manage their team’s activities by organizing, planning and controlling the optimal use of human, financial and material resources according to company strategies and budget planning.
- Manage and provide technical advice to the members of their group responsible for actuarial work and studies (product rating, reserves, financial projections, contribution to regulatory requirements, etc.).
- Represent the actuarial function in various working groups/committees and act as a point of contact with other business units.

**What you bring to the table**:

- Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.
- University degree or any combination of equivalent education and experience.
- Job-specific designation: Mathematics, Actuarial Science, FCAS an asset.
- Minimum of 7 years including 2 years of coaching (major asset).
- Strong skills and knowledge of actuarial techniques.
