Part Time Customer Service/office Admin

Welcoming customers and responding to inquiries
- Assisting customers with their purchases, taking and processing payments
- Answering the telephone, documenting information and communicating with sites/staff
- Accepting and signing for deliveries
- Managing inventory and fuel reconciliation
- Assisting with site maintenance and inspections, and filling propane cylinders
- Maintaining a filing system and other general office duties like photocopying, faxing, data entry and generating reports
**Required Skills**:
- Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient math skills and competence using calculator
- Ability to problem solve, manage time, prioritize work, and attend to detail
- Willingness to learn, take instruction and work collaboratively
- Experienced with Microsoft Office software - word processing, and excel
The following would be an asset
- Sales or office experience
- Working knowledge of agriculture or fuel products
Additional Requirements
- Be physically fit and able to perform some manual tasks
- Willingness to work flexible hours/days
- Submit a criminal record check and driver’s abstract upon request
- Participate in pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
