Front Desk Associate

**_Description of position:_**
Assists members with purchasing tires. Stocks and organizes all tires in the shop. Creates tire purchase and service invoice. Answers questions, makes recommendations and provides prompt and courteous member service.
**_Daily tasks and responsibilities:_**
- Assists members in determining tire needs, answers questions and makes product recommendations. Sells tires using persuasive skills and product knowledge.
- Handling the phone line including answering all incoming calls, handling all members inquiries and providing price quotes.
- Provides members with booked appointments when requested
- Invoices tire purchase and install/repair services. Rings up orders. Receives accurate payment, makes change, processes cheques, credit and debit charges, gives out receipt and submits order according to proper procedures for paperwork and performance of duties.
- Calculates refund amount for warranty returns of tires.
- Communicates with Tire suppliers regarding delivery status, freight costs, new orders, cancellations and all other essential information
- Assists with driving member vehicles into service bay and parking member vehicles in the lot after service.
- Assists in Station Operations of the shop as required.
- Cleans sales area by sweeping, mopping, spraying, and wiping.
- Works in an efficient urgent manner throughout the day.
**_Qualifications:_**
- Valid class 5 driver's license
**Salary**: $15.00-$20.31 per hour
