We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hotel Front Desk Associate to join our team.
Job SummaryThis role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling guest arrivals and departures, and maintaining accurate records of room assignments and guest information.
Main Responsibilities- Guest Service: Greet and register arriving guests, assign rooms, and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage front desk operations, including handling guest requests, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records of guest information.
- Cash Handling: Handle cash and credit transactions, balance cash, and complete financial reports.
- Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests and colleagues in a professional manner.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records.
- Cash Handling: Experience with cash handling and basic math calculations.
- Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
