About the Role:
As the **Executive Assistant**, you’ll be at the center of keeping everything running smoothly for our CEO and team. This role isn’t just about admin—it’s about being a trusted partner who can handle confidential tasks, take initiative, and make decisions that keep the business moving forward. From organizing schedules and managing travel to supporting HR, social media, and handling special projects, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of **Mine & Yours**. You should enjoy organizing chaos

A Typical Day
- **Calendar Whisperer**: Masterfully organize Courtney’s schedule, including when in the store, buyer appointments, travel and meetings.
- **Social Media Support**: Schedule and manage Courtney's posts across all platforms, collaborating with the marketing team.
- **Buyer Support**: Assist Courtney when she is buying
- **Customer Liaison**: Support in relationship management with top customers and suppliers.
- **AI Integration**: Learn how to integrate AI into daily processes and explore innovative solutions for improving efficiency and decision-making. Skill level can be minimum but a knowledge of Chat GPT and an interest to dive deeper
- **Third-Party Partnerships**: Support the CEO in managing and developing collaborations with external partners and top vendors.
- **Financial Manager**: Support bookkeeper in invoice management and paying bills
- **Document Wizard**: Implement an organized digital filing system.
- **Tech Explorer**: Research and recommend software and app solutions.
- **Travel Coordinator**: Arrange flights and accommodations for trips, utilizing credit cards and credit card points.
- **Event Planner**: Organize team events, dinners, and offsites.
- **Personal Assistant**: Help manage personal rental properties, book in appointments and run errands.
- **Flexible Problem Solver**: Work closely with the Courtney to learn the business and support wherever needed.

What You’ll Bring
- **Detail-Driven Organization**: You love a well-ordered to-do list and never miss a deadline.
- **Exceptional Communication**: Clear, professional, and confident in both written and verbal interactions.
- **Social Media Savvy**: Comfortable scheduling posts and making sure content is going up across all channel's. Ideally the ability to create & edit content.
- **Proactive Energy**: You don’t wait for tasks to come to you—you find ways to add value.
- **Tech Savviness**: Comfortable with tools and tech to streamline workflows.
- **Adaptable Mindset**: Equally comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
- **Start-Up Spirit**: At least 2+ years of experience in a start-up or retail environment.
- **Resourceful Problem Solver**: Always thinking ahead and coming up with creative solutions.
