Mitigation Manager

Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with Project Managers, Contents Manager, Rebuild Manager, and Lead Technicians the Mitigation Manager is responsible for the coordination of responses to emergency restoration claims and other restoration activities.

Responsibilities include:

- Coordination and scheduling of staff, equipment, vehicles and supplies to respond to emergency claims.
- Prepare and assign work orders.
- Training of staff.
- Communicate timelines with associated parties.
- Supervise and delegate restoration activities.

This position requires strong leadership and organizational skills.

Education/Experience:

- IICRC Certification
- Water and Fire
- WHMIS

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
