The Windsor-Essex County Association of REALTORS® (WECAR) is a historic real estate association with over 1,500 members. Established in 1918, WECAR provides its members with various products & services, including education, technology, and advocacy. We also promote the value of working with a REALTOR® and professionalism in the industry. WECAR employees consist of a mix of Union and Management positions.

**About the Role**:
This role may be called upon from time to time to work beyond scheduled working hours. To support work outside of regular office hours, WECAR will supply the employee with a computer during the term of employment. The system will be set up on WECAR’s Virtual Private Network (VPN), which will have access to all files belonging to WECAR and, as such, must remain confidential and used for specific purposes. This role is a management position.

**What You'll be Doing**:

- Acting as an assistant & providing administrative support to the Executive Officer
- Professional Standards, Arbitration & Discipline Liaison and minutes as required
- Maintaining the Executive Officer’s schedule and setting up meetings
- Drafting letters, documents, and other correspondence
- Support the organization and execution of WECAR events
- Occasional work on weekends or after hours, i.e., event participation.
- Other duties as assigned by the Executive Officer

**What You Need**:

- Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
- University or College degree
- Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Canadian Real Estate Executive (CRAE) designation and/or work in the real estate sector is an asset

**Salary**: Up to $50,000.00 per year
