Position**:Real Estate** **Administrative Assistant**
Location: 151 Frobisher Drive, Unit 205B, Waterloo N2V 2C9
Description: Full-time
Start Date: Immediate
Qualifications:
- High-level of initiative and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work as a part of a team
- Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong time management capabilities
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- High-level problem-solving skills
- Ideally 1 to 2 years working experience in general office administration
- Required proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Tasks involved:
- General administrative tasks as assigned
- Assist appraisers in preparing appraisal reports
- Real estate related research and data collection
- Research and analyze market transaction activity
- Prepare tables and charts for appraisal reports
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and attributes:
- Administrative assistant / office related experience
- Education in a related disciple would be helpful (Real Estate, Business, Commerce)

**Salary**: $37,500.00-$42,500.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
