**Summer student job in Marketing, Internal Medicine**

**Pfizer Canada** is looking to hire a talented summer student in the field of Marketing. Our team is looking for a proactive, energetic student that has completed at least the 1st year of University and is interested in working with a dynamic team of experienced marketers to gain commercial experience. In this role, you will be exposed to the internal medicine business and the activities required to effectively manage a brand.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Aid in the organization of internal and external events and meetings;
- Budget review and monitoring;
- Support advertising planning & coordination;
- Assist with sales tool approval, management & alignment to new Global Pfizer branding;
- Support ad hoc projects for the Internal Medicine Marketing Team.

**Qualifications/Skills**:

- Attending a university program in an appropriate discipline (marketing or another relevant field);
- Ability to work independently, with little supervision;
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, teamwork and time management skills are essential;
- Experience working with excel/powerpoint;
- Organized detail-oriented;
- Highly motivated self-starter who can multitask, prioritize, and respond to changing work activities on tight deadlines;
- Strong background in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint preferred;
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and collaborative working style;
- Ability to conduct research and analyze data;
- Social media savvy;
- Results-driven attitude;
- Experience with various survey tools;
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written);
- Language skills: Bilingual required (French and English).

**Special requirements for this position**:

- Must be currently enrolled and have completed at least one year of University by May 2023
- Must be enrolled in a full-time program for the upcoming year (September 2023)
- Legally able to work in Canada
