**SOMMAIRE DES RESPONSABILITÉS**:

- Aider les responsables de la Maintenance (superviseur, coordonnateur, planificateur, Assurance de la qualité) pour les fonctions administratives;
- Tenir à jour les dossiers d’employés du service;
- Soutenir la saisie de données des formalités administratives de l’exploitation;
- Veiller à ce que toute erreur ou omission soit portée à l’attention du responsable du programme de travaux pour être corrigée;
- Présenter les documents appropriés pour les nouveaux employés et entrepreneurs - y compris les demandes de modification aux TI pour toute configuration nécessaire dans Skytrack (nouveaux utilisateurs, changement de service, changement de compétences, etc.);
- Coordination de la formation à l’interne et à l’externe;
- S’occuper des dispositions de voyage, des réservations et de la préparation des programmes et des contrats de formation;
- Soutien administratif : coordonner les réunions, dresser les procès-verbaux, prendre les dispositions de voyage, préparer les documents, préparer les rapports quotidiens/hebdomadaires/mensuels, vérifier les notes de frais, traiter les factures auprès des organismes appropriés, tenir à jour les bases de données d’employés, etc;
- Commander des fournitures de bureau et des uniformes;
- Assurer le remplacement pour le groupe SMS/Formation/Santé et sécurité;
- Remplir le calendrier des employés;
- Recevoir, examiner et approuver les feuilles de présence et les envoyer au service de la Paie;
- Entrer les heures de travail des employés au besoin et vérifier les heures des entrepreneurs;
- Gérer l’horaire des équipages et vérifier les heures de travail dans SkyTrack pour en assurer l’exactitude;
- Examiner les heures des employés à l’écran de travail du supérieur dans Skytrack de façon quotidienne/hebdomadaire;
- Assurer la mise à jour régulière des tableaux de données principales des quarts de travail dans Skytrack;
- Toute autre tâche assignée par le supérieur.

**FORMATION ET COMPÉTENCES REQUISES**:

- Des études postsecondaires dans un domaine connexe constituent un atout;
- Un minimum de trois (3) années d’expérience administrative dans un environnement informatisé;
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word et Excel);
- Solides aptitudes de communication et souplesse;
- Souci du détail, axé sur l’amélioration des méthodes;
- Aptitude à travailler sous pression, et excellentes compétences organisationnelles;
- Aptitude à l’auto-examen de l’exactitude et de l’exhaustivité de son propre travail;
- Aptitude à apporter de nouvelles idées pour améliorer les méthodes existantes;
- Aptitude à effectuer plusieurs tâches simultanément et à travailler dans un environnement au rythme accéléré;
- Une expérience en aviation, en facturation, dans le secteur manufacturier ou dans tout autre secteur connexe constitue un atout.
