About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at YYC Flooring Solutions. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
    • Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and manage our company's communication systems.
  • Office Management
    • Oversee the maintenance of our office supplies, including ordering and inventory management.
    • Ensure the office is well-organized and clutter-free, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Training and Development
    • Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees.
    • Offer on-the-job training tailored to youth.
    • Provide cultural competency training and awareness training to all employees.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced office environment with a dynamic team.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
