Your role:
Your mission will be aligning strategy, optimizing operations: driving cross-functional collaboration to delivery forecast accuracy, enhance profitability, and build sustainable growth. You will be the key driver to balance between demand and supply. In this critical role, you will influence the entire organization, ensuring we meet customer expectations, optimize cost and cash flow, and achieve sustainable growth.
You will oversee the entire Urban business line S&OP process, facilitating cross-functional communication and ensuring that meeting and activities stay on track.Consolidate Urban business line tactical demand plan.- Responsible for executing and facilitate the monthly supply chain tactical sales and operations planning process.- Build the service offer based on customer service requirements and alignment with group service strategy.- Aligns goals and strategies across sales, operations and finance teams.
We need you for- Consolidate and develop Sales & Operations Planning of Urban Business Line.- Manage worldwide Metro product segment end-to-end tactical steering.- Take a part of the business line transformation activities.- Actively involve in the Simplexity program to ensure the efficient, lean processes and product.
What do you need to possess for being successful?
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, supply chain management, or a related field.
- You have at least 5-10 years of experience in roles related to operations, supply chain, or project management.
- You are data driven, identify trends, and develop strategies based on these insights.
- You are comfortable with scenario planning and risk management.
- You are agile in a continuous improvement environment.
- You have proven leadership and vision abilities, to align demand, supply and financial plans.
- You are at ease with management software and tools, such as ERP systems, and proficiency in using data analysis tools.
- You are experienced with Cross-Functional Collaboration and communication: Experience working across different departments to align strategies and customer needs.- You are at ease in a bilingual environment (French and English), so you can communicate orally and in writing with your colleagues and our international partners.
- You are occasionally available to travel, at least 10%.
