The Demand Planner focuses on close collaboration with Sales and Supply Chain to produce an optimal demand signal for our SKU portfolio. This includes participating in the monthly S&OP cycle and building consensus with relevant stakeholders. The demand planner will focus on a 12-18 month horizon. #LI-Hybrid #LI-RM1

**KEY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Gain a strong understanding of the business as it relates to baseline volumes, promotion lifts, seasonality, and market trends
- Establish demand forecasts for all products at multiple levels, in collaboration with Sales Account Managers and Field Sales
- Maintain current forecasting tool inputs (currently Oracle Cloud and Excel) and outputs to Customer Business teams and Supply Planning
- Lead demand consensus meetings, bringing cross functional teams to a common business objective through collaboration. Influence key stakeholders, including senior leaders
- Bring forward relevant trends and data analytics to support decisions
- Lead the Sales & Operations Planning process through information gathering, roll-up and dissemination
- Maintain and improve upon current KPI results as it relates to Forecast Accuracy and Bias
- Contribute to cross functional team projects to a common business objective through collaboration

**PREFERRED HIRING CRITERIA**:

- University - Undergraduate Degree: Business administration, Operations management, Industrial engineering or equivalent.
- 2-3 years in a similar Demand Planning or Supply Planning role
- Ability to push back and coordinate cross functionally, to lead regardless of level
- Individual must be self-motivated with excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Performance driven with a strong bias for action, well organized and able to prioritize effectively
- Detail oriented, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power point skills
- Oracle Cloud knowledge is a plus
- Worked effectively on a virtual team environment
- The working language of this position is English, knowledge of French is beneficial
