**CUSTOMER CARE COODINATOR**

Our team is growing NuWay Floors & Interiors is looking for a customer service-oriented _Customer Care Coordinator_ to support our business objectives.

If you are detail-oriented with a high standard of excellence, possess excellent communication skills, are computer savvy, able to work with mínimal supervision and are a strong team player who is positive, flexible and collaborative in the face of multiple priorities then we’d like to hear from you.
- Provides, develops and maintains effective and positive relationships with customers, installers and internal staff to ensure exceptional installation practices.
- Manages conflicting priorities and meet tight deadlines by utilizing exceptional time management skills.
- Ensures standard operating procedures are followed.
- Utilizes effective problem solving skills with the ability to utilize policies, procedures and processes.
- Ensures job status and issues are communicated effectively and resolved with all involved parties.
- Liaison with other Nu-Way departments to maintain all established performance benchmarks.
- Coordinates service requests and manufacturer claims for builder and retail customers.
- Schedule service repairs for Customer Care Technicians and Senior Technical Advisor.
- Promotes, and ensures Nu-Way policies, procedures, and professional practices are performed by our sub trades.
- Obtains proper documentation, authorizations and purchase order for Nu-Way service requests and manufacturer claims.
- Supports Nu-Way health and safety program and ensures all policies and procedures are followed.
- Ensures customer expectations are exceeded during each phase of the process.
- Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Intermediate computer skills using Microsoft software products.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment and utilize sound judgment.
- Efficient, organized and exceptional attention to detail

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in the construction industry preferred.
- Previous Customer Care experience preferred.
- Well developed organizational and time management skills.
- High School Diploma or greater.
- Ability to obtain a clean criminal records background check
