**The role**

***WCLC is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to guide multiple scrum teams. In this role, you will be at the center of our team, helping them execute projects, enhancements, and maintenance requests. Working with our Product Owner, you will establish strong relationships, support teams to operate in an accelerated delivery model focused on implementing ways we can work differently to achieve business goals. You will champion agile principles through coaching, ceremony facilitation and training on new processes and behaviors. Join our team and bring your expertise to a dynamic and growing organization.

In joining the Application Delivery team as a Scrum Master, you would.
- Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
- Collaborate with the Product Owners and development teams and preferred vendors to achieve the player satisfaction and deliver business outcomes. Implement product roadmaps and projects.
- Facilitating the continuous improvement of the agile time and fostering their growth into self-organized, high performing teams.
- Coach agile teams in adopting agile practices and tools and promotion of agile capabilities.
- Collaborate with your team to develop accurate forecasts, resolve conflicts and impediments
- Proactively recommend improvements to current practices, identifying ways to improve agile maturity within Application Delivery.
- Facilitate regular feedback sessions, retrospectives and prioritization of requests ensuring they are incorporated into the backlog.
- Maintain best practices, tools, techniques, workflow automation and reporting to support agile implementation.
- Work in continuous delivery mode delivering features iteratively.
- Work closely with the Product Owner to align the delivery team’s work with the organization’s priorities and strategic plans.
- Collaborate with other areas of the organization to increase agile adoption through insights, agile principles and scrum/Kanban practices in a hybrid environment.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience working in any of the following related fields; project management, product management or agile environment in IT industry.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) designation or equivalent agile certification
- 3+ years of experience guiding multiple scrum or cross functional teams on digital products in a dynamic environment.
- Experience managing multiple streams of development with different timelines and release schedules
- Intimate knowledge of an Agile framework (scrum, Kanban) and software development lifecycles (SDLC) to deliver solutions.
- Skilled in refinement, story splitting, estimation, sprint planning and agile metrics as well as reporting (dashboards).
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with an ability to inspire and motivate team members
- Ability to work in various time zones with both internal teams and external partners
- Experience with Jira, Zephyr, Confluence
- Ability to work in a virtual team environment, facilitating and contributing to work across geographies and across other functional teams
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities under time pressure without compromising quality.
- Previous experience working in a vendor managed services model is an asset
- Demonstrated high level of personal ownership, collaborative team
