- ADO Custom Implementation and Change Management
- SDLC implementation and change management (including training and onboarding value streams and platforms)
- Platform support to move to the new format of client’s team topology
- Support the role (agile coaching) of a scrum master in a team to start adoption
- Digital Solutions Manager capacity: this includes delegations of all sorts including dashboarding/reporting, representation in meetings, executing management level tasks, providing leadership to initiatives etc.
- Expertise and leadership with knowledge of Digital Solutions COE industry standards such as DevSecOps, the Scaled Agile Framework (preferably SaFe) and LPM.
- Liaisons and identifies opportunities for customers; translates business needs into visionary solutions and roadmaps.
- Demonstrates leadership, coaches and mentors peers. Provides technical guidance and expertise
- Works directly with third party vendors and internal stakeholders to define methods of interacting with Centers of Excellence.
- Identifies risks and issues and communicates and collaborates well to define mitigations and solutions.
- Takes input from stakeholders and leaders appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedback.
- Understands Scaled Agile Framework and Program Management concepts and ensures that strategy, planning and execution align to the chosen delivery method.
- Ensures that inputs and dependencies for SDLC activities are in place and influences and persuades other areas to align to best practice to ensure excellent outcomes. (Ex. Requirements Management, Business Process Reviews, Code Management, Release Management, Integration Delivery, CI/CD etc.)
- Deep expertise in Azure DevOps and how to configure it at the enterprise level.
- Expertise in establishing UX/CX at the enterprise level.

**Qualifications**:

- 10+ years experience in a large-scale leadership role including both Waterfall, Agile Projects and DevSecOps experience.
- 10+ years experience with SDLC/ALM assessment and deployment, establishment of value streams in an Agile at scale model and vendor management are also necessary.
