Office Manager
(Position Located in Charlottetown, PEI)

Craftsman Construction is a well-established home builder that prides itself on building beautiful homes. Our company collaborates with clients and architects, specializing in custom-built homes and residential renovations of timeless quality and character.

We are currently seeking an **Office** **Manager** to join our team for term a position from September 2023-August 2024 with the possibility of extending in a new role.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in management of multiple projects from pre-construction to completion of final punch-lists.
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees.
- Accounts payable, payroll, and accounts receivable
- Maintain library of project documents including building plans, budget, schedule, and change orders.
- Executing a variety of administrative tasks such as monitoring and approving labour hours, project expenditures, and subsequent billing.
- Pricing and procurement of materials for projects.

**Education, Skills & Qualifications**:

- Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software
- General construction knowledge for residential projects.
- Ability to prioritize work while operating under time constraints.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, sketches, and specifications.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail.

Compensation to be negotiated based on experience and qualifications.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
