**The Opportunity**:
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team. **What You’ll Do**:
- **Risk Management**: Conduct thorough risk assessments for each estimate, interpreting contracts and supplementary conditions to develop strategies for risk mitigation.
- **Project Planning**: Develop execution plans for projects, including preliminary schedules with start and completion dates.
- **Site Assessments**: Attend meetings and site visits to evaluate project complexities and determine the best approach.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Maintain clear communication and relationships with clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and Acadian team members.
- **Market Monitoring**: Stay informed about market trends in residential, industrial, and commercial sectors to identify profitable opportunities.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Embrace new technologies, methods, and constructive feedback to enhance estimating processes.
- **Team Collaboration**: Foster a team-oriented environment, sharing best practices and supporting colleagues to achieve common goals.
**Qualifications**:
- A diploma in Engineering Technology or a Bachelor in Engineering is an asset.
- A minimum of two years of relevant work experience in estimating within the construction industry is required.
- Strong oral and written skills in English is required.
- Gold Seal Certification in Estimating is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in the MS Office suite, MS Project, On-Screen Takeoff, and familiarity with Revit Bim.
- Proficiency in French, both oral and written, is an asset.

Pay: $50,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
