**Job Overview**

**Duties**:

- Construct and install structures such as windows, doors, cabinets, and counters
- Measure, cut, or shape wood, plastic, fiberglass, drywall, and other materials
- Read and interpret blueprints or schematics to determine project specifications
- Perform tasks that may involve heavy lifting
- Repair or replace damaged framework or other structures
- Inspect work to ensure conformity to specifications and building codes

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in siding installation, wood framing, millwork, rough carpentry.
- Ability to fabricate and install various types of structures
- Experience in caulking and sealing joints
- Competency in blueprint reading and construction estimating

**Qualifications**:

- Strong carpentry skills including woodworking, construction, and power tool proficiency
- Experience in reading and interpreting schematics for carpentry projects
- Knowledge of caulking techniques for sealing joints and gaps effectively
- Familiarity with siding installation and repair methods
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in various carpentry tasks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.92-$30.96 per hour
