Accident Benefits Coordinator

**Accident Benefits Coordinator**:
You would be reporting to and taking instructions from Law Clerks. You will be working on up to 200 files.
Among others, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Requesting and following up on productions - getting all reports/ letters/ etc.
- Receiving and completing various OCF Forms
- Overall daily file maintenance and organization/naming of file material
- Scanning all mail and faxes into the system
- Contact with rehabilitation facilities, adjusters and clients
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Diploma or Certificate
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to take instructions, work in a team setting and independently
- Experience with Filevine and PC Law is ideal
