Bell Temple LLP, a mid-sized insurance defence litigation firm in Ontario, is recruiting for an experienced Accident Benefits Law Specialist. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of Accident Benefits procedures and FSCO forms, with excellent organisational and communication skills.
Key responsibilities include drafting correspondence to other counsel, insurance companies, and clients, completing Accident Benefit and FSCO forms, preparing applications for mediation and arbitration, scheduling meetings and appointments, and preparing pleadings and court documents.
The successful candidate will have a Law clerk diploma or Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario Certificate, and will be well-organised and able to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision. They will also have strong written and oral communication skills and work effectively in a team environment.
We offer a competitive estimated salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, along with excellent benefits.
