Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Manager to join our team. As the Front Desk Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all front desk operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a key role in our organization, as you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors.

Duties
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Manage the scheduling of appointments and maintain an organized calendar
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate client records and files
- Oversee the check-in and check-out process for clients
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Train and supervise front desk staff to provide excellent customer service

Experience

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

- Proven experience in an administrative or front desk role
- Familiarity with phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience in a medical office or customer support role is a plus

**Salary**: From $23.85 per hour
