ABOUT THIS TEAM

We are the Global Sourcing Department. We manage the relationship with our apparel & accessories vendors & ensure that lululemon has best in the world manufacturers. We work cross-functionally across the entire product team to ensure product meets our business strategy, quality & cost goals. We then work with our vendors to make those products a reality.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

The Sourcing Analyst will report directly to the Director, Sourcing Accessories who leads and develops the team of Sourcing professionals that manage the product level sourcing activities.

Responsible for the management and maintenance of accurate Sourcing data in our systems
*

Owning information that is required for delivery of our vendor allocations and buy processes
*

Track all GTM (Go-to-Market) Calendar by whens and ensure that all sourcing seasonal calendar timelines are met
*

Partner with our LLO partners on completion of costing data to ensure accuracy of IMU reporting
*

Serve as a key point of contact to support with provided needed information or answering questions from our cross-functional teams such as Design, Merch, PD, Quality and LLO departments
*

Support delivery of seasonal communication to our vendor partners

QUALIFICATIONS

*

3-5 years industry experience in Costing and/or Sourcing (preferably in Retail industry)
*

Knowledge of product creation calendar timelines and able to work against deadlines
*

Proficiency in MS office (Excel/Word/Outlook), advanced skills in Excel and Power BI
*

Passion for data analytics with ability to analyze and monitor product margins
*

Proficiency in BOM cost breakdowns
*

Working knowledge of PLM software desirable
*

Experience working with manufacturers across Asia, Americas, and Europe

Attention to detail, initiative, organization, strong verbal, and written communication skills

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects with overlapping timelines

Strong analytical skills and like digging into the details
