We are the fastest largest growing home service company that expanded to West Island in Point Claire, that provides attic insulation (blown cellulose) mold prevention and remediation to residential customers.

We are looking for a positive, driven team player who can build relationships and who is great with people. You will be working as part of a high-energy team to complete multiple projects under tight deadlines. It is important for you to be resourceful and able to solve problems quickly.

**You will be expected to**:

- Screen and interview applicants.
- Onboarding new representatives.
- Be motivated and goal oriented.
- Keep track of results and performance.

**Desired Experience**:

- Customer service/PR and or Sales experience is an asset.
- Must have an outgoing, friendly personality.
- Must have good phone skills.

- Bi-lingual in French.
