**The Role**

As an Advisor for Strategic Initiatives, you will collaborate closely with the Managing Director to spearhead strategic initiatives, focusing on stakeholder engagement, service innovation, and the development of new products and markets. This role is pivotal in launching new partnerships and product offerings in Europe and the Middle East over the next 12 months.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Research and Analysis: Undertake comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Strategic Reporting: Develop detailed reports and presentations to provide insights and recommendations to senior management, clients, and partners
- Coordination and collaboration: Overseeing timelines and working alongside content experts, clients, and partners on strategic projects
- Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Media and Communications: Develop communication materials, monitor media coverage, research, and identify critical thought leadership opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven understanding of strategy execution such as stakeholder engagement, operational execution, and change management.
- Familiarity with management tools (e.g., PESTLE, SWOT, Porter's Five Forces).
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual communication platforms.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Relevant post-secondary education.
